Latimer-Cooksey Arts and Cultural Foundation (LCACF), founded in January 2008, is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide an opportunity for families to learn and develop an appreciation for the Fine Arts.

About Us
Providing an opportunity for families to learn and develop an appreciation for the Fine Arts.
LCACF was also developed to provide opportunities in the areas of education, charitable, and cultural events to disadvantaged children and youth. LCACF is dedicated to the City of Tulsa, particularly the North Tulsa community. LCACF mentors children and youth by serving as the governing board of Solid Foundation Preparatory Academy, the Y Lead Youth Program and the "I Can" Arts and Academic Summer Enrichment Program.

Latimer-Cooksey Programs
Y L.E.A.D.
Y L.E.A.D. mentoring program is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills in youth grades 6th - 12th. The program focuses on providing youth with opportunities and connecting them with professionals who will motivate each youth to strive to demonstrate personal excellence while setting and reaching personal goals.
